Getting Started

Initial Website Questionnaire

To help us understand your brand and what you need from a website, we've put together this questionnaire. Even if parts of it have been discussed already, we kindly ask that each field is completed so the project is properly documented for both of us. Thank you!

Step 1 of 6Your Details

To start, we have a few questions about you that we need for our records. This will NOT be shown on the website; instead, these are a requirement we need for the contract and invoicing, should we move forward together.

Step 2 of 6Information to be Displayed

To ensure the proper function of the website, it must act as a central beacon of your brand, with all contact information and links present. Please write the content down exactly as you'd like it to appear on the website. If there is anything you'd like to not be shown at all, please write "N/A".

List all and include links — Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok…

Do you have a website domain?

New domains are subject to availability.

Do you have a Google Business Profile set up already?
Step 3 of 6About Your Business

To best reflect you and your brand, we need to learn a little about your business and what makes you special.

Why did you get into business? What are you passionate about? How did you get started? Do you have a lot of experience?

For example, if your website is on domain.com, business emails would be email@domain.com. List them all below.

Do you offer your services/products locally, regionally, or globally?

It can be as small as being local to the area, or a particularly unique selling point.

For example: xx years of experience, yyy projects completed, won z award, etc.

Step 4 of 6Website Content

Now, a couple of questions about what will appear on the website. Note that we'll need any images, videos, logos, graphics and brand kits you want to use. After this form is completed and a contract is signed, we'll email you a Google Drive link where that content can be uploaded.

A typical 5-page website offers Home, About, Services, Gallery/Testimonials and Contact.

Contact you, read your blog, book appointments, etc.

Think opening times, work showcases, menus, etc.

These form the main calls to action we build a sales funnel around — booking consultations, requesting quotes, newsletter sign-ups, purchases.

Blogs, menus, vacancy listings, adoption pages, etc.

Step 5 of 6Website Design

After getting an idea of what your website needs to show and do, it's time to think about how it should look.

What do you like (or not like) about them? Try themeforest.net, pinterest.com and dribbble.com for inspiration.

Do you have a logo?
If you need a logo, which styles appeal to you?

A hex code if you have one, otherwise just describe it.

Which colour moods fit your brand?
Typography direction
What imagery will the site use?
Would you like a light/dark mode toggle?

Describe what exists — you'll be able to upload the files later.

Step 6 of 6Final Details

We're almost there! This last section ties up some questions not covered elsewhere.

Would you like Google Analytics running on your website?

Only choose "Yes" if you're familiar with, and will gain value from, Google Analytics. It adds a script to your website, potentially slowing it down, and analytics support isn't part of our normal monthly packages.

Interested in any of our other services?
Do you allow us to feature your website in our marketing?

Please choose all that you give permission for.

Thank you!

We know this might've felt extensive, so thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.

From this point on, you should be able to sit back and relax that your website is in capable hands.

If there are any issues or questions on our end, we will reach out to you (you're more than welcome to do the same back!). We look forward to working with you soon!
